As part of phase three of the Villa Surra Estate, we were appointed by one of our longstanding clients to design the residents' clubhouse. The clubhouse features luxury amenities to include a banquet hall, smoking lounge, cinema, gym & respective steam rooms. We designed the reception lounge to accommodate hot desk areas if a resident would like to slip away from home or the office to catch up on some work. The rationale here was to create a vibrant space with a relaxed atmosphere that allowed groups of people to be able to use the space together.
